Riley Rukavina
Director of Technical Services
Riley is a Special Inspections expert with more than 10 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. As Director of Technical Services and Business Development Representative, he builds relationships with our clients and peers, as well as managing field staff. With a list of specialty certifications and years of fields experience, he provides technical consultation for code and ASTM requirements, while focusing on the practical application of construction methods in the field.
With his passion for quality service and commitment to honoring our role in the MBE community, Riley also co-manages our Minority Inspector Mentorship Program with Marcy Ybarra. Focusing on historically disadvantaged groups, Metrix is committed to increasing the number of qualified minority and woman construction inspection professionals in Colorado.
In addition to our mentorship program, Riley regularly delivers training for inspectors and contractors through the International Code Council Preferred Provider Program. His engaging and peer reviewed curriculum has been refined through more than 100 hours of training and helps fulfill certificate and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirements for trainees.
